Plymouth Weekend
We are organising a recreational Plymouth weekend for the 14th and 15th June 2025 with the option for those techies who fancy something a little deeper.
There will be 4 dives + maybe a cannonball alley. We are diving on Red Alert, Discovery Divers which operates out of Mountbatten, more details closer to the time.
Costs
Diving is £80 a day and fills can be had at Divers Down on Saturday night. I will collect full payment later this year.
Deep Dive Option
One of the dives is planned for HMS Untiring, a WW2 sub scuttled as an Aztec target in 1957, she lies at 42m to 50m. For those who do not want to do that dive there will be a recreational dive taking place at the same time.
Experience
Divers will need to have a lot of experience in UK seas, be certed to 30m and proficient in DSMB deployment etc.
