I can’t remember why I purchased this? Anyhow, it has never been used. In perfect condition, it’s been in the garage for the last four or more years. While similar belts are on sale today from around £30.00 with 4 pockets, this belt comes with 5 pockets which will easily carry a 2KG blocks or shot pouches to give 10KG negative weight. I cannot recall the size, but the length end-to-end is 56″ with the pouches 36″ leaving 20″ for the blue belt. Therefore and in theory, the best will fit will be between 40″ and 50″.
